• Location Data (GPS): We access your device's location when clocking in or out for attendance. Location is not tracked continuously.
• Face Data (Selfie/Image Data): We request camera access to capture a **selfie photo** which serves as proof of presence and **identity validation**. We only collect the image file; **we do not extract or store biometric data** such as face templates, face vectors, or facial landmarks.
• Personal Data: Including your name, email, employee ID, job title, and other information related to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information is used for:

• Recording and processing employee attendance.
• Performing **attendance validation** and **fraud prevention** by comparing the current selfie with the employee's stored profile photo.
• Providing accurate data to the HR team.
• Storing attendance history and leave requests.
• Maintaining system security and accuracy.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored using encryption systems and can only be accessed by authorized users. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without permission unless required by law.

4. Your Rights as a User

You have the right to:

• Access and view your personal data.
• Request corrections to inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data (subject to company policy).
• **Face Data Retention and Deletion:** Face data is retained as long as the employee's account is active. The face data will be **permanently deleted from our servers within one (1) month** after the employee's account is deactivated or deleted.

5. Permissions Required by the App

To use the main features, the application requires the following permissions:

• Location (GPS) – To record the location during attendance.
• Camera – To capture a selfie during attendance.

Without these permissions, the attendance feature may not function optimally.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of changes via the application or your email.

7. Face Data Storage and Sharing Details

We are fully committed to the protection of the face data (selfie) you provide:

• **Third-Party Sharing:** **Face data will never be shared** with any third parties (including analytics partners, advertisers, or external face recognition services).
• **Storage Location:** Face data is securely stored on **our own dedicated servers located in Indonesia**.
• **Access Authentication:** Access to face data storage is restricted, encrypted, and granted only to authorized system administrators for necessary maintenance and security audits, subject to strict authentication.
