Wikibex (Wholesale International Kids Baby Expo) is Indonesia’s largest international trade exhibition and bazaar specializing in maternity, baby, and children’s products.

Graphie collaborated with Wikibex to support the event’s visual needs and promotional media through the design of various creative materials.

 

Sticker berfungsi sebagai media branding sekaligus penanda tambahan dalam acara. 

Ticket Day functions as an entry access medium for visitors attending the Wikibex event.

Wristband functions as an identification marker for visitors while they are inside the event area.

To support the visual and operational needs of the event, Graphie designed various supporting media for Wikibex that align with the event’s identity as an exhibition for maternity, baby, and children’s products. The design presents a cheerful, playful, and informative look through a combination of turquoise, yellow, and coral colors, along with friendly and engaging child illustrations. The designed media not only serve as branding elements but also have practical functions in supporting the overall event flow.
 

Gate, stage, and photobooth are key elements in an event that complement each other. The gate serves as the entrance and creates the first impression, the stage is the main area where core activities take place, and the photobooth is an interactive spot for taking photos while supporting promotion through social media.

Graphie designed the Wikibex Instagram Feed as a digital promotional medium to introduce the Wikibex event, communicate important information such as schedules, locations, tenants, promotions, and event highlights, while also strengthening the brand’s visual identity to appear consistent, attractive, and easily recognizable by audiences on social media.
